Maritza Tirado is a native San Diegan who first started in the real estate industry back in 2003 and has worked along side top producing realtors assisting them throughout the transaction and property management. Maritza obtained her real estate license in 2007, Associates degree in International Business from Southwestern College, Bachelor of Science in Management and Masters of Arts in Education – Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix. Maritza is a vital component of the LS Group by embodying excellent organizational skills and maintaining superior communication through out each transaction. When Maritza is not ensuring a smooth escrow process she is enjoying her time with her family of 4. Being married for over 11 years to her husband Esteban and with 3 very active children Esteban Jr., Alessia and Santiago (you can find her at a soccer field just about every weekend of the year!) her time is filled to the brim!
